  9. Quick Instructions
  10. Ñ Place 'StripLaunch' and the folder 'StripLaunch Items' in the 'Control Strip Modules' folder, which is located inside your 'System Folder'.
  11. Ñ Restart.
  12. Ñ Add aliases to the 'StripLaunch Items' folder.
  13. Ñ Click and hold the mouse button on the StripLaunch symbol in the Control Strip. A menu appears, listing all the aliases in the 'StripLaunch Items' folder. Select an item in the menu to open it.

Ñ Holding down the Command key while selecting an item brings up a 'Get Info...' dialog for that item. The Control key reveals the item in Finder. If the Shift key is depressed in conjunction with any of the above, StripLaunch gets info about or reveals the alias in the folder 'StripLaunch Items' instead.

  16. Common Problems
  17. Ñ If the Control Strip does not show up, open 'Control Panels', locate and open the 'Control Strip' Control Panel, and activate the Control Strip.
  18. Ñ If the StripLaunch module does not show up inside the Control Strip, click and drag the handle of the Control Strip to extend it to its maximum length.
